Matthew Rosadoni, our dynamic founder, is the driving force behind PIP. With over a decade of experience in construction and a background in carpentry, Matthew is on the path to becoming a certified commercial builder. His keen eye for detail and passion for flawless execution turn ambitious projects into seamless successes.
Matthew’s journey is as vibrant as our projects. In 2014, he launched Viral Happiness, a social circus group that brought free, engaging events to Melbourne’s parklands. This initiative wasn’t just about circus skills—it was about creating an inclusive space where people of all ages could develop both physical and social skills.
In 2019, Matthew took creativity to new heights with WTFluff, an immersive installation featuring whimsical landscapes made entirely of plush toys. These playful environments, filled with interactive features, delighted festival-goers across Melbourne and offered a unique blend of nostalgia and engagement.
Transitioning into the commercial sphere, Matthew gained invaluable experience as a site supervisor and team trainer for Stellar Built, working with high-profile clients like Target, Domino’s Pizza, and Rebel Sport. This role provided him with deep insights into the commercial construction world and honed his skills in shopfitting and project management.
